How we work together

Short version: clear scope, monthly invoicing, 30 days' notice, and we guarantee our work rather than the algorithm.

Scope of work

Each engagement is defined by a written proposal covering placement volume, authority grade, target pages, and reporting cadence. Anything outside that is quoted separately before work starts.

Payment

Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance, payable within 14 days. Work pauses on invoices more than 21 days overdue.

Cancellation

Thirty days' written notice after the initial minimum term. Placements already commissioned will be completed and invoiced.

Replacement guarantee

If a link we built is removed or its page is deindexed within 90 days of going live, we replace it at equivalent authority at no cost.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee specific rankings or traffic figures. Search results depend on your product, your site, your competitors, and algorithm changes outside anyone's control. We guarantee the work, not the algorithm.

Ownership

Links, content, and reports produced during the engagement belong to you and remain yours after it ends.
