Short version: we collect what we need to reply to you and do the work, we keep it secure, and we don't sell it.

What we collect
Details you send through our forms — name, work email, company, domain, budget range, and your message. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics on aggregate page usage. Nothing else.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to run the audit you asked for, and to keep records of work we've done. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for seven years where accounting law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@therankachievers.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
Cookies
One session cookie for the site to function, plus aggregate analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
